Quality Control

Yarns are carefully selected and inspected upon receipt in Or-bey warehouse, afterwards in every stage of production %100 inspection is carried out without any exceptions . Loomstate fabrics have been carefully inspected before finishing and necessary amendments are being done at this stage like mending. After the receipt of the finished fabrics from the finishig mill again full inspection is carried out by using the methodology of global quality control standarts , all the rolls are inspected and all the data regarding the possible defects have been saved into the barcode labels of the rolls.
