Sample Production

Bulk production of orders generally start with a sample production where customer can actually see a sample representing the main production which will follow,

Sample production starts with a handloom production where a fabrics are woven in a mechanic handloom by Or-bey staff, outcome handloom fabric which is loomstate and small size ( max 50 cm* 35 cm ) helps our production team to see the actual design and the interrelation between the yarn colours.

After seeing the handloom swatch , sample roll production is carried out by using the sample warping machine ( suzukı) and the sample roll is woven as a blanket where different warp and weft yarns are used , and this sample roll is then finished to see the finished outcome of the fabric in order to get the approval of the customer before starting the bulk production
